You'll notice that I have quite a few pet items and hopefully more to keep being added. I have been involved with Greyhound rescue for a very long time. It started before my husband and I got married when a neighbor had three beautiful female greyhounds. We started out as a foster family for pre-adoptive families, I moved up to dog washer, Webmistress and eventually to the Board of Directors. Since then, we've adopted a few more greyhounds and the organization has disbanded, but I still try to help out when I can. We have had La Doux, Gus, Bandit, and now Boone - recently retired from FL at age 5. In June of '06 my PekePoo-Maltese Tiffany age 17 & October '06 Bandit age 12 have passed away.
We've added Isabelle, a Lhasa-Poo, she is an adorable ball of fire and just loves to give Boone kisses while going for walks or trying to sleep. Gabrielle, a Maltese, has also joined our family. Three is the limit with an occassional four legged house guest.
A portion of the pet proceeds will be donated to Greyhound Adoption groups and/or the Morris Animal Foundation to help find a cure for canine cancers as available.
